hello,
we needed 4 snap hooks that could be attached to a thin elastic bungee cord for a tarp tie down. these 4 hooks were just perfect. the bungee cord went into the hole, tied a knot and it was ready. the hole is small enough for a 1/8 inch line, but if you can't thread the line through the hole, you can always stretch the bungee cord and then it will can be clicked into the slit in the top of hole from the inside of the hook. it was handy to have the drawing measurements, but another measurement for the hole would have been better. yrmv great product and fast delivery
