Great fast SUP Board

Tried this SUP board out on Lake Michigan over Labor Day and absolutely love it. Pros: (1) fast & light. Cons: (1) requires very good balance, (2) the long fin is flimsy and broke after two days of heavy use (drove it into the sand), (3) the paddle is just ok and you'll want to replace with a nicer paddle.

My wife has the "Newport Vessels Men's Umami Stand Up Paddleboard Set, 9-Feet x 10-Inch" which is a wider board. Her board is very stable but nowhere as fast as this SUP. I think it has to do with the fact that the Aqua Marina SUP is thinner and longer. My brothers -who are both 6' 3" and over 190lbs- had a lot of trouble balancing on the Aqua Marina SUP. I'm 5'8" and 175lbs and was felt very comfortable with this board - but that may be because of my lower center of gravity (or that I used to snow board)
