NICE fishing kayak for the money I like mine! EDH says so
I bought this to take on Galveston Bay, or any of the local bayous, ponds, and lakes around here, in SE Texas. It has everything you would want to get started fishing from a kayak. A few of the good features are, 1) It has two built in flush rod holders on the aft, and a plug in,removeable, adjustable one in the front, that's real handy. 2) The dry box/tow behind/backpack really is water proof, and comes in quite handy for cell phone, GPS, fishing license, etc. 3) Sit on top gives you alot more casting space, and a higher plane of vision for spotting fish, navigation, etc. 4) 12' is a must for stability on rough water. any shorter, and your in trouble quicker. 5) There are plenty of bungie fore, and aft, to secure your gear. 6) It really is set up as nice or nicer than FAR more expensive fishing kayaks, and in fact, I have never seen a kayak with all these options, anywhere near this price.
