This unit offers everything that a swimmer needs with the least amount of hassle possible.
I spend 5 days a week 1-2 hours a session in the pool and find that training with music makes my training substantially more enjoyable. I have, however, had a challenging time finding a dependable swim unit until I started using this neptune.

I have gone through several different brands and models only to discover some hiccup with each model, which I do not have with this neptune.

For instance: I tried the underwater UwaterG4 from Fitness Technologies and was extremely disappointed. Yes, it was the smallest unit available however the ear buds fall out of the ear during flip turn and then stop working, then when I tried to replace the ear buds, I could only order from that specific company because of the screw thread that makes the ear buds waterproof. Every time I swam, I was needing new ear phones and it was a pain so I stopped using the unit. This experience cemented my decision to stay away from 'waterproof' ear buds.
